![]() Financial Director Nottingham In July 2002 Leadley Limited became the Mercedes-Benz franchise for the East Midlands, a region generating turnover of £120m. With just days to go before acquiring the next dealership at Loughborough there was no finance director in place, and the vendor there was taking all their systems with them. Additionally, the systems at Nottingham and Mansfield were both poor and in need of replacement. Nettleships were called in initially to provide interim financial director services. The first tasks were to tighten controls over cash flow, improve the management accounts and give management some meaningful financial information.
